Go back and research Don Johnson and his Germany trip from five years ago (he was caught with a billion dollars in his car...various banking notes, promisary notes, and bonds...which the Germans copied and sent to the IRS...and Don had alot of explaining to do later with his “clients” and the IRS).

Probably would have been more helpful if you'd mentioned the follow-up to the "billion dollars in the car" story regarding Johnson:
It turns out Don Johnson was telling the truth: The actor had nothing to do with Swiss financial documents detailing $8 billion in transactions

After the Germans sent the entire package of copies to the IRS...there was apparently a nice long meeting once Don Johnson came back into the US. The Germans were absolutely correct...nothing illegal had occurred within German laws and they were free to go. But all the copies that were made of the documents...went to IRS. The Germans didn’t absolve Don of anything related to IRS. I’m guessing that Don gave a vast amount of information over to the government...to protect himself...and they worded their “cleansing” of Don...to make him appear pure. Various German accountants laughed about the episode afterwards because they knew precisely what he was helping to accomplish. They knew that no customs guys at the airports in Germany ever pay attention to private jets and the VIPs simply off-load and jump in the car to leave the airport.

There are various 3rd-rate stars that transit Germany all the time...in private jets...are simply note carriers that swoop into Switzerland, drop the notes off at the banks, and collect a tidy fee which pays for a lifestyle that a 3rd rate actor can’t afford.
