October 24, 2007 BY ROWENA VERGARA Staff Writer AURORA -- In the majority of American households, women make the big decisions, and they hold the money. But when it comes to politics and voicing their opinions publicly, women are lagging behind, some state lawmakers say.
A handful of female state legislators want to change that, and they need the help of women from all walks of life to make it happen...

Health care, education and social services are of most concern to women in the area, legislators have been told in their stops.
What would change? More money for already bloated bureaucracy that provides for these "women issues" (WTH). How about the concept of self government?
