New York, NY (LifeNews.com) -- The Fox News Channel is set to focus on the abortion choices of three women this weekend in a new documentary covering the sensitive issue. "Facing Reality, Choice" is set to air on Saturday evening and the show will focus on three pregnant women and their abortion choices, but it may not present the full facts of abortion.
"The show explores the abortion issue through the eyes of three women confronting what is undoubtedly the hardest decision they've ever made," Fox News says in a preview about the program.
It will feature Kayla, a 20-year-old pregnant student deciding whether to have an abortion; Jeanne, a 30-year-old mother of five who is struggling with drug addiction; and 26-year-old Brooke who has tried desperately to conceive.
Fox News also says the program "also shows an abortion procedure."
The news channel interviewed Dr. William Harrison, who gave an indication of the kind of morally mixed program viewers can probably expect.
"It is a moral crisis for them ... this is not a black and white issue," he said. "It's not something that you can say, you know, 'This is good and this is bad.' It's a mix ... The woman who's making that decision is the only person that can make that moral choice for herself."
According to the news station, Jeanne is weighing giving up her sixth baby for an adoption since she was adopted herself. "I mean all that's still playing in my mind, but in the back of my mind it's like, you know what, why go through with this all over again, you know just kinda ... just do it and get it done," Jeanne said.
Brooke apparently considers an abortion when doctors find her unborn child has a rare gene deformity and Kayla, a cosmetology student with a religious background, says she thought it was a blessing when she found out she was pregnant.
"I was excited," she said. "You know, my roommate was pregnant, so I was excited that we were going to be able to go through it together."
"Facing Reality, Choice," hosted by E.D. Hill and produced by Rachel Feldman, airs at 9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27 on the FOX News Channel.

Once again Fox is a fearless leader in programing.
This is what you run into with moral relativisim. Some things are just plain wrong. Killing babies is one of them. The only tough choice I can see is when the life of the mother is truely in danger, which is pretty rare, especially these days.
Otherwise, you can inconvenience yourself for 9 months and give the baby up for adoption. Not an easy thing to do, and I'm not making light of the choice, but if society and culture saw this as the right thing to do, and abortion as a bad thing, most women would do it.
Of course, imagine if most people thought being pregnant and not married was a bad thing; undoubtedly fewer unmarried women would be thinking it was a blessing to be pregnant so they could go through the experience with their room mates (I thought this was one of the stupidest comments I've ever read).

It’s a horrible thing but maybe some people will NOW know what REALLY HAPPENS when a baby is MURDERED. This NEEDS to be shown and I hope to God it wakes up those who just follow the tail in front of them.
Thank God,it’s time.
“.....and 26-year-old Brooke who has tried desperately to conceive”
And so why are you considering abortion?
Doesn’t make sense.
This is disgusting.
WRONG! Drudge showed a pic of a surgeons finger with a very small hand holding onto it, taken during a surgical proceedure to correct spinal bifida!
VERY TOUCHING!
& they took his show off the air for that?
You are absolutely right, abortion is disgusting. Your point?
Yep! They told him not to show it! And I think he decided to quit!
I’ll see if I can find the pic...
...make sure you scroll down to the bottom...the Drudge story is there also!
This reminds me of when Glenn Beck promoted having a on-air abortion on his radio show for a week, “to expose the horror”. Every day he would rail about how horrid abortion is and how everyone really knows what an abortion is (gruesome cruel murder). Finally the live abortion day rolled around and Glenn goes into his dead-pan serious warning mode about how awful the audio is and how he is really torn about airing it. But he decides to play it in the end. Then he plays 20 minutes of air america clips and some speech by Hillary if I recall. I laughed for days.

The Big Lie. It becomes a VERY black and white issue once the deed is done. By then, it's too late.
Fox took drudge off the air because his ratings were sagging and he lacked the personal discipline to do a weekly TV program.
It could have a major impact.
