When NOLA had the hurricane/flood and many $ were dumped into area with intention of rebuilding, many said “No. It’s below sea level. Leave it alone.” So this same area in Calif has burned before and chances are it will burn again. Why are people allowed to rebuild there? Seems to me like that is a pretty poor decision. Given a choice about do I want my tax dollars to go to that area AGAIN? Answer would have to be no.
