Of course, if that is the case, the responsibility for the deaths shifts to those who implemented this policy. some would say they belong in front of a firing squad.
I do not consider this game. Americans are dead, and I believe they died needlessly because because someone at some level decided that these muzzie goat herders were allowed to just walk off to set 200 taliban on the SEAL team.. I want to know who is responsible.
