Iran would need ‘between three and eight years’ to develop an atomic bomb and constitutes no immediate danger

Unless, for incidence, Iran builds the components, then passes them off to a terrorist group. Iran might not ever assemble an operational bomb on their soil. Does that mean that we shouldn't stop them from passing the technology to others who would use it? The IAEA is clearly enabling these Iranian thugs.....
