Didn’t say that either … just pointing out some reasons that Bush might be sympatric (?) to Spanish speaking people.
I’ve never been there, but I understand a large part of the population of Ecuador speaks Indian languages like Quechua rather than Spanish. The country is almost exactly the same size as Nevada, so maybe it’s natural for them to gamble.
