Kasparov could have beaten Deep Blue had the IBM techies didn't cheat. The programmers shouldn't keep tweaking their software after every game; they should left as is from the start to the end. I dunno what was the rule of the game. As to me it wasn't fair.

The human chess masters try to learn from every game with an opponent. To me it seems only fair that Deep Blue and it's programmers should be free to do the same.
