Evangelicals are not drones. We have minds
and we have souls. I pity those who would sell their souls for anything. Now I have a quote for you that is more familiar to Evangelical Christians than the Voltaire quote you used.
Mat 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
The last thing on earth to use in an argument with an Evangelical Christian is a quote from the "anti-Christian" Voltaire. If it had anything to do with Christians, Voltaire mocked it. I guess your use of that quote shows where your mind is.
My own quote for you:
Settling for the (not so) good is the enemy of receiving God's best.

This anti-Christian Voltaire?
"I die adoring God, loving my friends, not hating my enemies, and detesting superstition."
What a Satanic thing to say, eh?
