I agree with you - his statement that the courts but not state or federal government clearly shows that he would have come down on the wrong side of the Terri Schievo case. This will not help him at all with pro-lifers like myself who passionately believe that Terri was murdered by the courts in the cruelest way possible.

I'm sorry but I disagree with you. I think he means the family is the proper place for this decision to be made, and if there is a disagreement that it should be taken to the courts. I don't think he claimed to agree with any particular decision made by any particular judge. As we all know judges sometimes make what we would consider to be mistakes.We need to do everything possible to ensure that we have honest and competent judges, and then we need to let them make decisions...as provided for in our constitution.

The Pinellas Sixth Circuit is corrupt. Then what happens? Judge Greer cheated in his campaign but wasn’t thrown off the bench. Florida’s not a good place to get involved with the courts. It’s operates like organized crime.
