Yes, you’re correct. I am being a tad sarcastic about Fred and his view over what courts get involved in. What it seems to boil down to is the old medieval rule - decide for the strongest. Don’t need a Judge in such a law system, you need a willing Bribee. Money is strength. Hillary law.

I apologize for my caustic response; you played the "vegetable" defense too well (without using that word, of course). I long remember the disgusting comments from supposed conservatives in FR (and elsewhere) during that time period....I question anyone who goes along with the idea that "it's okay" that Thompson agrees with a murderer's self-serving claims concerning Terri's alleged desires. More and more Thompson is showing he's no conservative (though I knew that long ago). I think your observation is spot on: the elitists don't need no steenking judge or legal system. We're back to the old days of feudalism.
