Just out of curiosity, do you have a TV in your sleeping quarters or were you trying to sleep in another venue such as on a sofa or recliner?

I sleep on a sofa with three pillows propped behind my shoulders and head - chronic sinus drainage condition.

I awaken if I slide down a bit.
