I'll tag on to what someone else responded to you re: schools closing. Meant to get back to you sooner, but had to go pick my kids up from school..as they schools are now closed!! ;o)

Schools may or may not have AC. No AC=open windows/doors=smoke and ash in the rooms. With the warm weather, can't keep the doors shut.

Gotcha, I just thought it was weird that people would use health issues when a lot of the kids walked 2 blocks home and sat breathing the same air.
