So.....when the Doctor is innocent of wrongdoing (and you must admit this is often the case), you have no problem with having the person who wrongfully sued him pay his attorneys fees, then?

Loser pays. Seems fair enough to me.

That is the purpose of the initial steps which are required.

I reject your notion of “often the case”. If all cases were that bogus then the private investigators who DO follow people around now would video tape the fraud and prosecute. (Perhaps I should ask you how often you beat your wife.)

Do you have any real world experience in these cases or just hyperbole. Clearly you don’t know the procedures required into developing a medical malpractice case.
