Sorry, but the picture of the woman being shot was taken in Afghanistan, those are taliban members of the government(pre American invasion), they are NOT thugs, except if you wish to depict the once legitiment taliban government as thugs.
In order for this to happen just the way it is shown in the photo it would have to be our government shooting the woman. This happens in muslim countries and in China but have yet to actually see our government put women on their knees and shoot them in the US. However, all bets are off if Hillary gets elected.
I do indeed consider the Taliban to be a “thugocracy”.
And I will conceed the point that while violence against women does occur in the US, it is not organized or Government sanctioned.
