Re: Pepperdine it has a lovely location, but it isn’t a good idea to build a big city in a desert climate with a lot of vegetation.
I will tell him, although I doubt he will return.
I am here for this thread and a few others. It’s better that way, as I don’t get into useless and personal arguments.
