A friend of mine was working on that farm at the time and he said it was disgusting. People were screwing practically on the streets, drugs, filthy mess, etc. Thanks but no thanks.

They left a heck of a mess. Lots of garbage. Calling it an “environmental disaster” is the kind of nonsense Algore spouts. Or Micheal Moore. Absurd.

Yasgur's Farm, Site of Woodstock Concert, For Sale for $8 Million.

However the field where the concert was held is not for sale. The nearby alfalfa field where the concert was held isn't included in the sale. It's owned by cable magnate Alan Gerry, who turned it into the 4,800-seat Bethel Woods Center last summer.

Something is there already & we don't need to put anything up. People can still go there & see where it was & we don't have to worry about it. That settles it for me.
