I am o.k. with this if each "theft of service" is treated as a seperate crime,since he apparently would have at least four armed robbery charges which ought to get him a three strikes sentence enhancement.And four terms in federal prison on weapons charges.

And the other men should be charged individually with identical specifications,plus all of them should be charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

A smart prosecutor could see that all these guys paid a really big price for their fun.
