Reality is Mr. Giuliani will not make abortion his litmus test for appointing federal judges (as most certainly will Democrats), however, Mr. Giuliani will appoint conservative judges to the bench. Being a conservative in terms of the law will be his guidelines (as it should be).

Reality is that politicians will lie their asses off to get elected.

The Rooty Rooters have either been duped by a charlatan or they don't really care about life.

Not just Rudy, wagglebee. The Romneybots are in serious denial as well. Oven Mitt was pro-abortion just a few years ago before his magical deathbed conversion.

Reality is that politicians will lie their asses off to get elected.

Then what's the difference between Rudy and one of your Pol's who says he'll make Pro-life part of his litmus test?? If all politicians will lie to get in office??

Reality is, judges should rule by the law...not politics. The only litmus test should be will you uphold the laws of this nation...(not create them or involve your personal opinions....Too much today, from both conservative and liberal judges...we have judges who see their court rooms as their own playpens).
