Sure they will. Starting the day after he locks up the nomination and going at it 24/7 until the election. And with a fresh scandal a week from Rudi's past to boot (his incestuous marriage, his adulteries, his treatment of his second wife and children who hate him, Kerik, etc.). New Yorkers know many of these scandals but the rest of the country doesn't. They've got a huge dossier on Giuliani and will no doubt use the courts to subpoena all those records he sequestered (illegally) when he left office.
