BTW - Is it illegal to grow home use tobacco or is it a climate restrictive crop?

It's legal and easy. I was planning a small crop this year but
didn't get around to it. Seeds are sold online.

How long until they try taxing home growers?

Doesn’t tobacco have to be processed in some way before it can be smoked?
