To: Wheee The People
Thank God we're still a Republic where the property rights of even the mangiest Citizen are protected. Rights that allow him to choose to consume any legal product on his own property -- or allow him to choose not to consume any legal product on his own property, and allow him to invite like-minded folks over to help him enjoy his rights.

Oh, wait! Businesses are not private property, are they? Or are they?

Why the hell does the state get to say whether or not a product is legal?
