Paul flashes the Constitution much like Byrd does. Care to tell me where in it he finds the authority to do all the things you propose without congressional approval?
The executive has the role of enforcement. Ron Paul can simply decline to enforce what he knows is unconstitutional. That alone would be a massive improvement. I know you could support that!
