During a war...if they handled it, they shouldn’t have to explain it to the world.

1. word leaked out, and
2. both houses of Congress are awash in Chicken Littles
(not all necessarily Democrats)
Well since we’re not at war, I’d sort of like an explanation if nuclear material, decommissioned or not, is flying over my head without proper care
