Hillary Clinton is raising huge piles of money in Chinatown, from donors who can't be located or who were improperly repaid for their contributions......Shin K. Cheng is listed twice in federal records, giving Clinton $1,000 donations. But the address recorded on campaign reports is a clinic for sexually transmitted diseases, hemorrhoids and skin disease. No one at the address knew Shin K. Cheng. Hsiao Yen Wang, a cook in Chinatown, is listed as giving Clinton $1,000.......she told The Post she had written a check....on behalf of a man named David Guo, president of the Fujian American Cuisine Council, and Guo had repaid her the $1,000 contribution.......a search also turned up several $1,000 donations from Chinatown cooks, dishwashers, a cashier and a college student. The findings closely match an LA Times report that found a huge number of Chinatown donations from donors listing bogus addresses or in amounts unlikely, given the donor's occupation.

MODUS OPERANDI FReeper calpernia came up with the idea that stolen ID's are part of the scam. Donor names and security info is stolen from credit card lists, senior lists, military lists, etc.
Clinton needs LOTS of names to launder large sums of money into her campaign. She's using hers and Bill's stash and needs names to circumvent FEC laws on donation limitations. The actual source of Clinton's money may be from kickbacks, maybe corporations who did not pay taxes on it AND the haul Bill took in from presidential pardons.
The money is laundered, and dispersed thru individual donations..........except the donors do not even know they were contributors.
The BIG Story here is Democratic Party malfeasance, aiding and abetting the scheme Hsu was running: accepting funds through straw donors, funneled through thugs, illegal immigrants, and phony donors.
This is an age-old Democrat/Clinton modus operandi. Remeber the Buddhist Temple scam?
Federal authorities need to verify every Clinton donor.
What amazes me is that they have done this all before and so brazenly do it again. It’s a real in-your-face move. The Clintons have certainly never lacked gall.

Copping the handy-dandy "victimization" plea is the preferred con.
Victimization is the modus operandi whereby politicians blame and find others responsible for their own personal failures, then expect taxpayers, the government, or the courts to bail them out.
Unburdened by anything as banal as a moral conscience, for politicians, it "feels good" to be in the throes of victimization.
Watch Clinton: now that she's caught, she'll dedicate herself to playing victim, commiserating over victims, organizing victims, subsidizing victims and creating Chinese victims-----another class of victims she can bleed over.
