Interesting what the Senate and Congress can hear when they want to. They have requested some interesting information with the FISA court recently. Drug use is faddish. Cocaine use is down, heroin use is up. In the 60’s cocaine was relatively unknown and LSD and other psychedelics were ‘in’. Ecstasy and raves are currently ‘in’ unless that’s no longer fashionable. BTW, what is the source of your chart? If you are trying to ‘prove’ that the WOD has been a roaring success, please don’t bother. Yes, I know, its for the Chillrun.
