This RINO has done so much damage, he should have signed the bill just to be consistent. I know why he didn't, it’s an issue that would break the camels back.

....Schwarzenegger quietly signed seven of the eight bills sponsored by Equality California, a leading gay rights organization. Equality California... called 2007 the most successful year in its history.

There used to be a poster here named 'FairOpinion' (now gone) who was a relentless, if artless, defender of Schwarzenegger. FairOpinion's primary "go to" argument in defending Schwarzenegger was to post a Democrat wish list of whacky legislation and then breathlessly claim that Gray Davis or Cruz Bustamante would sign all this crazy stuff into law, so thank goodness Arnold was elected!

And now look - - Arnold is signing ("quietly signing", lol) all that crazy Democrat stuff into law.
Congratulations, California.
