Muslim Tories: 'Iran has right to nuclear arms'

A body set up by David Cameron to advise the Conservatives on Muslim issues has criticised the Government's relationship with Israel and concluded that Iran has "legitimate" reasons for wanting nuclear weapons.
The Conservative Muslim Forum also wants the compulsory history curriculum in schools changed to give "full recognition to the massive contribution that Islam has made to the development of Western civilisation".
It also argues that preachers who advocate a rejection of democracy and its institutions should not be denied entry into Britain.
advertisement The findings are in a response to this summer's report by the Tory National and International Security Policy Group chaired by new adviser, Dame Pauline Neville-Jones.
But the way it addresses certain key issues completely at odds with Tory policy will embarrass Mr Cameron. Its comments on Israel, in particular, will be seized on.
The report says: "Regardless of whether one finds Israel a congenial country or not, on any objective assessment of the type of unqualified support given to Israel by the current government it is not conducive to British national interests as this could damage Britain's relationships with 15 billion Muslims worldwide, including those in Britain."
It concludes that passage with: "In all our dealings with Israel, we must remember the plight of the displaced Palestinians."
The group calls on the party to be more sympathetic towards Iran. It says: "Given Iran's position in the Middle East, facing a nuclear-armed Israel, Iran appears to have legitimate reasons for seeking nuclear weapons for defensive purposes."
It says that an incoming Tory government should oppose Iran's weapon ambitions, but adds: "Any collusion by Britain in an Israeli or American military strike against Iran would be extremely damaging to Britain's long-term security interests."
The forum works out of the Conservative headquarters in London. It is chaired by Lord Sheikh, a party donor who was given a peerage last year. His wife works in Tory HQ.
Last night, a spokesman said: "This is simply one of many submissions received and does not represent Conservative Party policy."
Muslim Tories? What a joke. If even Muslims in the Conservative Party support the Mullahs vicious visions of genocide, what are we to expect from others?
Well, because of islamic conquest, slavery and death of the western world - the west did pull together, made technological advancements and thought of civil right enlightenments to order to survive...
“full recognition to the massive contribution that Islam has made to the development of Western civilisation”.
Which is what???? How to take off heads in 3 easy minutes, how to build IED’s...or, or, is it Algebra...?
Sounds like they can’t even get their math straight. How can there be 15B muslims when there are 6B humans alive?

They're counting their fictitious virgins?
Let’s see ... Islam has made a massive contribution to the west and ... Muslims who say that democracy should be rejected should be admitted to Great Britain.
What, are we some kind of bastard child?
Howzabout we apply the following rule: Muslims who come from countries that allow freedom of religion and do not reject their country’s policy, will be allowed to come here?
Not to put too fine a "point" on it...
That's right. It was the defeat of the Persian invasion that led to the Golden Age of Greece, or Athens anyway: Plato, Socrates, democracy, some other things we haven't come close to since and Persia never heard of. Later the defeat of the massive islam invasion in Europe led to the greatest flourishing of the West ever, since Greece. Do we need to do this again? maybeso.
muslims keep finding ways to say that they’re the enemy, but too many of their non-muslim targets don’t seem to be listening.
This is just so sad. It breaks my heart to see Europe disappearing into the darkness of the Islamofascist world. Think of all of the great glory of Great Britain’s history fading away into mentions in archaic schoolbooks. I still try to hope that the Brits will summon the will to fight for their culture, but I don’t see it so far.
Greeks invented algebra (a2+b2=c2)and trig., and Arabs stole their numbers from India. Arabs also stole alchemy from the Greeks. When looked at closely, not all that much originated from the calipahates.
Their own countries are nothing but primitive backwaters and they want credit for our civilization, lol???
And in answer to their other assertion... No, crazy people do not have a right to nuclear arms.
6th century cult pirates with Nukes is not an option. Sorry.
I agree...they should have the right of return to Jordan, Egypt and Syria, as soon as possible.
Israel not congenial?? is Iran? Syria? any of them?

That’s hilarious coming from America which now has a higher proportion of it’s population that is muslim than Britain, has rising muslim immigration compared to Britains reducing muslim immigration and lights up it’s national buildings in NYC green to honour it’s muslim population! I know which country needs to wake up first.
