I can’t see that happening. He’s not going to be hard to spot, esp with all the other trucks on the road. If he gets anywhere near, I would think LE would blow the truck up. The ones I have concerns about are the trucks, buses, ER vehicles that aren’t known to be stolen.

Silly thing to do, all you need is to disable the truck.

A shotgun blast to any one of the several hanging airlines would bring a truck to a stop.
