Ok so I should dump the GOP and help the Dems elect Hillary so she can appoint 3 Leftist Judges to the Supreme Court in her 1st term and put Roe V Wade beyond all possible chance of overturning for the rest of my life?

That would be dumb. Best solution is no Rudy. However, Value Voters maybe want to keep their power dry rather then shoot themselves in the foot by issuing ultimates.

Judges imposed Roe V Wade, Judges will overturn it. With the GOP Value Voters have a seat at the table. With any Leftist, you will not only NOT have a seat at the table, you will lose some of the ground the Pro Life movement has made over the last 15 years.

How is this demonstrably different from electing Rooty Toot who will ALSO appoint three leftist justices to the Supreme Court?

With any Leftist, you will not only NOT have a seat at the table, you will lose some of the ground the Pro Life movement has made over the last 15 years.

Exactly! Rooty is a LEFTIST!

They dont have a seat at the table w liberal Giuliani

You know the GOP is a loser if they have to rely on “if you dont vote for so-and-so GOP, Hillary wins”. Its time for the GOP to get back to its conservative values, not to Bush liberalism

versus electing Rudy so that he can appoint 3 leftist judges to the supreme court and call them “Republican.”

do you know why Bill Clinton was impeached? it wasn’t because he raised taxes or cut defense or because of his other liberal positions. No, it was because he was a scummy guy and the last thing I want to see is that from the GOP.

Well, the primaries haven’t happened yet, and the religious conservative wing of the party is saying to everyone else that you put the wrong guy in here, we will abstain out of conscience. The ball is in the court of the moderates to decide if they are willing to alienate this entire group of voters. They will do so it the peril of the nation. The Christian right gets nothing out of a liberal anybody, and the activities of the current batch of already-elected nonconservative GOP officials has turned some disenchanted young people from the party already. If the GOP wants to survive, Guiliani will have to settle for the VP slot. Not a threat, just the truth.

With the GOP Value Voters have a seat at the table.

I remember those arguments when Arnold was running for Gov of CA. And boy, he's really delivered - hasn't he!

With Rudy, we'll have a seat at the table - just like we do with Arnold. Anyone who wants to know how a Rudy presidency will look need only turn left and look at California.

I can hardly wait...

...where they'll be told to shut up and vote as they're told.

Best solution is no Rudy.

In this we agree.

However, Value Voters maybe want to keep their power dry rather then shoot themselves in the foot by issuing ultimates.

Numerous election cycles of accepting lesser evils has led here, to a candidate whose positions on numerous 'one issue issues' are essentialy and historically the same as the opposition candidate.

So for those of us who will vote based on values, the question is clear. Do we suffer more of the same inexorable morphing to the Left, or (finally) deliver an ultimatum?

Face it, we're fresh out of cheeks to turn. It is time to make a stand.

Otherwise, the 'values voters' can STFU and BOHICA, and frankly, we've had enough of that.

As for the anti-Hillary voter, well, they can vote for our candidate, can't they?

If they have no deeply held beliefs other than that Hillary needs to be defeated, then they can vote for a candidate with values as easily as one without.
