Heading back to class just wanted to comment on this.

United Nations Participation Act
pb...He never said withdraw from the UN in toto.
To withdraw from the un in toto, we would have to repeal the "united nations Participation Act."
I wish one of our leaders would actually mention the name of the act itself, then we'd know they were serious.

Yes that would indeed to be a HUGE announcement and step.
And no candidate is going to take it, IMO.
This basically sounds like just so much red meat for the conservatives.
