So who pays for it when I quit smoking cigars?

Does this mean that as a non smoker someone else is going to pay for my share of the bill ? I guess booze is next ? No Teddy would never allow that.

My parents and 17 year old sister smoke, my closest friends do, I’m a non-smoker, hate second hand smoke and I STILL oppose SCHIP.

My exact thoughts.
People are showing their comraderie with Rush and each other by smoking cigars.
This is just another leftwing snipe.

I smoke just one cigar a day, but this abomination would cost me over $1000 a year. But it won’t; first because Congress will not override the President’s veto and second, even if they do, I will change my “purchasing behavior” so that I will not ever pay it. That’s a promise.

Black market already developing. Organized crime rubbing its hands together as government and liberals prepare to put major industry in its pockets. Cost overruns on expensive government programs funded by decreasing government tax collections will be funded by increased taxes across the board. Nothing was learned from 20’s prohibition on alcohol and the whole stupid experience will have to repeat itself.

The expanded program would provide state-funded healthcare for all Americans under the age of 25 from families with an annual income under $83,000. 1. You can't even claim a 24 year old as a "dependent", so how can a "family" have a "child" who is 24?
2. Does this mean a 24 year old with an income of $82,000 gets free healthcare?

I think Schip is spelled wrong.

Why is it when Clinton had sex with an 18-19 year old, she was an adult but when it comes to spending tax money a 24 year old is a child?
