I smoke just one cigar a day, but this abomination would cost me over $1000 a year. But it won’t; first because Congress will not override the President’s veto and second, even if they do, I will change my “purchasing behavior” so that I will not ever pay it. That’s a promise.

1. You can't even claim a 24 year old as a "dependent", so how can a "family" have a "child" who is 24?

2. Does this mean a 24 year old with an income of $82,000 gets free healthcare?
