Oh, come on, stop being so shallow. Dig about 1 micron below the surface and the statement reads: "We need to send a positive message to the public about our positions and policies." In other words, instead of trying to drag someone else down, lift yourself up.

Yep. That is why I am a supporter at this point. While negative attack ads do work, they will not carry the day. Voters want to hear about ideas and getting something done. Thankfully, that would include getting rid of BS government, i.e., "smaller government". Although it will be muted by the mainstream media, that among other things will be Fred's message and it will resonate in time...
