Video and audio recording, Roscoe wrote, is not protected by the U.S. Constitution.
Now, that statement is just laughable...
You call that assault?

That is a chicken-shick little slap of the camera when it was almost right in her face, and to elevate that to assault is really childishness.
A solid punch in the face with a balled-up fist, or a whack with a bat - that’s assault. And of course, you can elevate it far beyond this.
But to call her slap of that camera assault is really a whiney cry-baby waa-waa-waa embarassment.
