But remember how she skated the last time she had to testify: "I don't recall." I mean, what are you gonna do when you have a witness under oath who claims amnesia, selective or not? They can't put her in a brain scanner or memory recall device. If she lies about not remembering, all the questioner can do is point out how obvious all the things are that she can't remember, and how a reasonable person, much less "the smartest woman who ever walked the Earth", would have no trouble recalling the events or circumstances.
For people like us, it would then be obvious that Hillary! is lying. But that's because we are, for the most part, at least semi-intelligent people. We can connect the dots and make reasonable inferences based on reason and logic. I'm not sure the same could be said of an average sampling of the electorate. There is still a strong undertow of Clintonophilia out there. People are going to shrug off Hillary's denials and amnesia, and vote for her anyway, for whatever stupid reason they might have (i.e., "to have Bill back", or "it would be nice to have a woman in charge").
