I wish we had these clear-cut choices as you seem to think we have. I can't think of a single past Republican nominee who meets all the requirements you list.
Which of the list did Reagan not meet?
I think in our current political climate, we may need to either go third party or write in a conservative candidate if the chosen one (by the GOP) doesn't meet the criteria. In the primaries, though, we have a real choice.
BTW, great list. If/when I follow it, I'm sure I won't ever regret voting for someone later. I've also learned this lesson the hard way.

"third Party" people elected Clinton One.
I remember that every time I hear the 'third party' mantra - aka as "cut off your nose..."
