Apparently the mere fear of being racist is enough to shut everything down.  However, from the article:

Apparently these fears do have substance in reality.

Well if the powers that be making up the laws in England are muzzie and hindu immigrants then their idea of racist will mean anything that isn't pro-asian at the expense of the native population.
