Actually, all four of AR’s Congressional districts could go Republican (and all 3 of WV’s) as they all voted GOP for President. In the case of MA, no Congressional district has voted GOP for President since 1988, however at the same time Bush, Sr. only received 31% in two particular districts, the Republicans triumphed in winning the seats.

I'd love it if we really just made a go at all those seats. The GOP bench probably isn't too good, but maybe we can find some conservative Dems (which shouldn't be too hard for those states), flip them, fund them, and run them. For WV, we could run against the Democratic Party's extreme environmentalist record and really come out as the protectors of the coal industry. With AR, I'd at least think we could take down Vic Snyder, who's too liberal for his district.
