Rush needs to present the check to the Marine Corps in person on the Whitehouse lawn with President Bush standing with him. 41 vacant chairs with all the names of the senators who signed the letter would also be fitting.

Or how about Arlington? The charity is to honor families of the fallen. Where better to do it than where those who gave their lives for their country are buried.
