Maybe you could look into homo/pedo logic, method, and behavior when they are on the prowl for boys to augment what has always “been obvious” to you.
I think what is being said is this: It is much easier to fool a child into being the victim of a pedophile if the child hasn't had an opportunity to fulfill his/her need for fatherly affection with a real daddy. The child will be less likely to yield to the natural urges to fight back or tell someone because they are so starved for male attention.
