Yes it is - I think anyone born in the 60's might have to work until 70 or so.

Of course the govt is basing all of this on life expectancy and other factors.

I read in one of the posts that '57 was the peak birth year at 4.3 million babies born.

Just think if that many had been born each year since Roe v. Wade - there could have been more workers contributing to SS today - not to mention a myriad of possibilities had they been allowed to live.

Instead many Baby Boomers pushed abortion on demand, and still consider it a "right," while they tried to make up the difference by importing Mexico's desperate underclass. My relatively tiny generation (born 1973) is squeezed in the middle, between the entitlements for aging Boomers, and a booming foreign born underclass. In short. Were screwed.
