LOL!
Too bad the officer taking the "report" couldn't suggest the complainer
get a neurological check-up.
That sort of "delayed reflex" in acting on an opinion might mean
the onset of something like Alzheimers!
But I wouldn't be suprised if the complainer had more pressing affairs
to gossip about during the past year.

You'd think the Inquisition was still going on the way the English sometimes take after the Catholics in the land.
Someday somebody's going to ask them to stop this crap and pay attention to the treaties they've signed concerning religious freedom.
