That was the reason for my post. It seems he was indoctrinated and but not everyone. That being said, it is better his own family suffers than a completely unknown civil center.

Agreed, esp. as: 1) His own family has to share at least some small portion of the blame (unless he had such genetic/chemical imbalances in his brain that no upbringing would have stopped this) and 2) It is likely that more people would have died and been injured had he gotten to his intended target.
