The Politico writes up a videotaped confrontation by a MoveOn moobat named Bruce Fealk, Rep. Joe Knollenberg (R-MI) and Knollenberg's chief of staff Trent Wisecup.
Fealk ambushed Knollenberg in a drugstore and harangued him about the war in Iraq and S-CHIP. Knollenberg answers his questions, but does not say what Fealk wants to hear so he keeps badgering him, even as the Congressman is at the checkout counter.
Wisecup decides enough's enough and gets in front of Fealk's camera. He launches in to a steady verbal counter-attack on Faulk, reminding him that he protests at Knollenberg's home and harasses his wife. Fealk says he wanted to give her ice cream.
The Politico write up infers this was a bad move on Wisecup's part to be filmed on video going after the moonbat. Heck no! This is a thing of beauty and should be done more often.
Three cheers for Trent Wisecup!
Mash here for YouTube video of confrontation.
Self ping
The day more Conservatives and Republicans start fighting fire with fire with the Moonbats and the Drive By Media will be the day they will start to road back to majority status. Tom Delay, on the Today show a few weeks back showed how to do it as well when Matt Lauer tried to pin him on the Craig nonsense.
I agree. These moonies have hid behind the flag (”Don’t question my patriotism!”) long enough. Good for Trent for telling Fealk like it truly is—HE IS UN-AMERICAN. The looney left wants what is WORST for America and our troops, NOT the best. That’s why they are doing their damnedest to undermine every good thing in this country.
Major ping - stand up and fight! Show some testosterone, some Estrogen, show something other than our backs, because the left does not like confrontation, and will escalate to a more insane msm (fifth column).
Amazing that when a moonbat doesnt get the answer they think they deserve they just become more annoying. I dont know if I would have had as much restraint.
I would like to ask why the republican controlled Congress passed this huge expansion of government in the first place and how many illegal aliens are cashing in:
Wikipedia: The State Childrens Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) is a national program in the United States which provides health insurance for families who earn too much money to qualify for Medicaid, yet cannot afford to buy private insurance.
The program was created to address the growing number of children in the United States without health insurance.
At its creation in 1997, SCHIP was the largest expansion of health insurance coverage for children in the United States since Medicaid began in the 1960s.
Question..... is filming people at a drug store who may be paying for drugs fall under HIPAA?
Is this the same Bruce Fealk? -—> http://draftalgore.meetup.com/83/members/976637/
Why? Because it puts so much money in certain politicians' coffers. It's the old story, big business wants to keep its illegal cheap labor happy and big libs want a new and larger voter base. Best of all- you pay for it.
They just need discipline, but not their way - they can keep the whip and leather junk.
It sure doesn’t inspire sympathy in me for Congressmen who are being stalked by leftists so they can dicker over HOW MUCH MORE to spend on big government.
Attaboy Trent!
HOORAY FOR TRENT WISECUP! Bruce F---k got just what was coming to him. So what if Wisecup called him "Anti-American"? Wisecup's opinion is just as valid as F---k's that Bush is a "dictator" (1:50). And Wisecup was right when he told F---k that he was harassing Knollenberg; he asked the same question about Iraq and S-CHIP four times AFTER HE HAD GOTTEN AN ANSWER. Even if you think Wisecup's rude, he didn't have union thugs beat F---k up. (http://www.ijot.com/DonAdams/index.htm)
The Politico is nothing but online, DBM spin...
Trent Wisecup tells us what it means to be an American
Fresh off his confrontation with Bruce Fealk, an anti-war activist with MoveOn.org, Trent Wisecup, chief of staff to Rep. Joe Knollenberg (R-Mich.), has responded to The Crypt's suggestion that he was not the person to decide what is and is not "American." See the previous post and video to see why this (unbelievably) is an issue. And yes, it is still 2007, you are not flashing back to1967.
So here is Wisecup's view on what is "pro" and "anti" American, and please remember, he came up with this list on his own:
"Per Politicos blog on my run-in with Moveon.org, I will define whats un-American for you.
Its un-American to wage a political protest of a congressmans wife at her home.
Its un-American to disturb a congressmans neighbors with weird anti-war tactics while our soldiers are deployed overseas fighting radical Islam.
Its un-American to cheer for the imposition of $85 billion of Nancy Pelosi CAFÉ mandates that would destroy the American car companies and the good-paying UAW jobs they provide.
Its un-American to use bullying, gotcha political tactics that scare female congressional staffers.
Its un-American to use stalking and harassment as a means to score cheap political points.
True Americans make their political arguments with vigor, honor and pride. I have looked the Moveon.org movement in the eye and I speak with certainty that this element does not want America to win in Iraq. It does want Toyota to beat GM and the other American car companies. And it wants all Americans to pay higher taxes to support more government welfare. Higher taxes + more government welfare = a weaker America.
I was raised by grandparents who revered FDR and Truman. They lived through the Great Depression. I know how great the Democratic Party used to be. Its not meeting that standard today. And they have Michael Moore, Daily Kos, and Moveon.org to thank for it.
Let the battle for the definition of what it means to be a true American be joined. You have my two cents. Let others weigh in on the Internet.
I am copying Congressman Knollenbergs staff on this email
because theyve been pushed around by these Moveons for the better part of two years and they dont want to take it any more."
If it continues, he should call up Buzz Aldrin.
