Why do Californians keeping putting these people in power?Half can not speak english and a quarter can not read.
They pull the lever their leaders tell them too.
Once California led the nation in education, today it is a multi cultural joke. I guess if they are not teaching them to read and do math they can at least prepare them for the perverse culture they live in
