Sorry but I don’t see where this really makes any difference from what AB537 already did. If some guy wants to wear a dress to school today you can’t discriminate against it. And you won’t be able to come Jan 1. But allowing someone who is legally male to enter the Womens room is another story. Restrooms/changing rooms are segregated by “Sex” not gender AFAIK. And thats on a piece of paper created the day we are born and requires a court order to change.
Like a Gay pedophile is going to pay attention to any law.
Of course, if a heterosexual man wanted to, say, hold hands with a woman and she objected but he persisted, she could sue for sexual harassment.
Trans-genders are people who are unhappy with their lives, want attention and to be nothing more than victims so the rest of the world will feel sorry for them.
with the exception of running in an election, when was he part of the GOP?
Appeasing the San Fransicko lobby.
backtothestreets, I hope your separation plan succeeds.
As a 6th grade teacher this is going to be an administration nightmare. How do you protect the rights of the straight teacher and straight student while implementing SB 777. It is not only not an advance in civil rights but a clear cut political one. This will not protect anyone. And as a Junior High teacher with students testing all the limits set on them this gives them the environment to take advantage of the system and possible hurt another student. Another reason that our govenor should have stayed an actor! Thanks for the show Arnold.
