I don't believe there is a diet that is "right" for everyone; you just have to find the one that works for you. After being on Mr. Atkin's diet for many years, my body chemistry appears to have changed. Everytime I go on a carbo binge now, my body is quick to react. I get lethargic and feel weak. I have to admit it is quite challenging to stay on the diet in the Middle East; there many high-carb delights available. The good news: Breyers low-carb ice cream is available in KSA now which satisfies my sweet tooth.
