I checked out Huckabee’s website, and I agree with you that his STATED position on illegal immigration sounds similar to the other candidates. However.....I also checked other sites, such as this news article from 2005:
Huckabee said the bill, seeking to forbid public assistance and voting rights to undocumented immigrants, “inflames those who are racist and bigots and makes them think there’s a real problem. But there’s not...”
Well... have you heard of any other candidates who are calling me a racist and a bigot just because I oppose “voting rights” for “undocumented immigrants?”
