Face it, ansell2, Mitt Romney clearly is the cream of the GOP crop in every way — optimism, creativity, energy, management ability, looks, intelligence, executive experience, family life, readiness for prime time, everything-he-touches-turns-to-gold ability, etc., etc., etc.!
The great thing about Romney is that you know that the moment he becomes president, he will be hands on. Mitt took the corrupt 2002 Winter Olympics, whose outcome looked bleak and COMPLETELY turned them around into an incredible success. He’s got the ability and the energy.
Yes I agree with you, I don’t think people are really that interested in Fred, they just like it that an old looking man can get a pretty wife. Some people are so easily led away. I can’t help it, I like Mitt. I find Fred’s supporters are annoying, and they can be very mean. It’s not very appealing.

I agree! Most ‘Fredheads’ just don’t ‘get it’. As I’ve stated in previous posts, FRED THOMPSON IS A LOSER IN EVERY WAY. How many more fires does he need lit under his butt? He doesn’t exude confidence. He didn’t even show up in N.H. And as much as I admire Rudy, there’s just too much personal baggage associated with him. IMHO, Mitt Romney is the best presidential candidate that the GOP has that could DEFEAT HILARY, who will most likely get the DEM nomination. Mitt could debate circles around her...he’s extremely smart, knowledgeable, is conservative, is tough on terror and has exemplary family values. The GOP needs a candidate who has the best chance of a Clinton defeat...that is KEY.
