What do you mean turning? He's been doing crap like this since he was sworn in in 2003.

Did you happen to watch any of the debate as the microstamping bill went through the legislature? Big debate, small, what?

I watched the hearings when the same thing was tried two years ago, at that time there was pretty strong opposition.
